We completed the fit out of Greensill’s northern headquarters at Daresbury Business Park which comprised of a 30,000 sqft office space.

Our Approach

Our scope of works involved the creation of a welcoming reception, circulation and colleague welfare areas, creating an impressive entrance experience to the building. This is combined with large open-plan collaborative spaces with extensive planting and striking manifestations.

The upper floors of the building include open plan offices, planning and presentation spaces as well as a series of enclosed office work spaces. We also created a ground floor café space with welcoming open-plan bleacher seating, offering an auditorium look and feel to the area.

Through the use of extensive feature joinery and detailed feature works, the space developed into a clean, modern and welcoming hub for people to work in, collaborate in and meet. A full M&E installation was delivered involving considerable co-ordination to ensure all M&E interfaces worked together across the whole project.

TMT has created a high-spec, modern state-of-the-art office space which is both practical but also has the ability to adapt to the flexibility of today’s current working patterns and approaches. Columbia Threadneedle Investments and TMT continues to maintain a strong working relationship.
