Our Approach
Our scope of works on this project started with the strip out of previously occupied stores, creating a full white box internally including repairs to the floor slab, forming a fully operational space for the new incoming tenants.
Externally we designed and installed brand new curtain walling, including carrying out alterations at roof level to create a new box gutter. Several roofs were also overhauled with cut edge corrosion treatment. TMT also refurbished the existing roof lights and ceiling fixings. This was a challenging site in a live retail environment which needed to be completed in tight timescales to accommodate both existing and incoming tenants.
We worked closely with the client to ensure everything was carefully planned and executed to enable stores to remain open whilst works were being undertaken, public safety was paramount and the works were completed incident free.
