Our Approach
The main elements of our works included the erection of a new steel frame structure within an existing building to enable us to form the new ATE Facility utilising a Kingspan Quadcore KS 1100 Temperature Controlled System.
The project required careful design and planning throughout to ensure the pod was constructed between the valley gutters to reduce the possibility of water ingress and damage. Anti-static vinyl floor coverings were also installed, and we also constructed an M&E plant compound to specifically supply the ATE Facility with Fresh Air and Temperature Controlled Cooling.
Security of the site was also a fundamental consideration, and we constructed a perimeter security fence with a single point of access to ensure maximum confidence.
TMT provided a full M&E installation including AC vent, Power, Data and lighting in accordance with the performance specification.
We completed this high-profile Lab project on time and in accordance with the agreed guidelines. We have developed a strong working relationship with our clients the Ministry of Defence throughout this project.
