Our Approach
Working in conjunction with Incognito, the scope of works included the creation of a refurbishment to the existing reception space and the 28,000 sq ft of office accommodation to the highest BREAAM rating to attract new tenants to the business park.
To the first floor we infilled a number of light wells to create additional floor space within the building, as well as installing a full mechanical kit throughout the office space. We also refurbished all the WC’s and washroom spaces throughout the building under a JCT Design & Build Contract.
The full CAT A refurbishment to Ocean House, Towers Business Park, were completed within a tight programme to ensure the space could be marketed in line with the client’s requirements.
