Princess House, a magnificent grade II listed building situated in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, offers three floors of unique CAT A workspace. We were appointed by Sixteen Real Estate, to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire 11,405 sqft. building, both inside and out.

Our Approach
Our scope of works included: refurbishment of all communal areas and reception, CAT A office suites, implementing a complete upgrade to the mechanical and electrical systems, structural changes, installing new elevators and resolving persistent damp issues.
Throughout this project, we maintained a deep respect for the building’s heritage status, preserving its historical significance. As a testament to this, we uncovered the iconic Manchester brick in the office suites, celebrating the building’s architectural heritage.
This was a long-term project to ensure we were sensitive to the heritage of the building. Today, Princess House stands ready to welcome tenants to its renewed and refreshed spaces, offering a perfect blend of history and modernity.
