Our Approach
Throughout this CAT B fit out project we were responsible for the full design and build of all mechanical and electrical installations.
These installations included: exposed services, a high level of bespoke joinery to the office spaces, high levels of acoustic wall installations as well as the installation of single person and booth offices spaces. Data and IT equipment installation was also a large part of the project, to ensure the workspaces included state-of-the-art kit.
This project was awarded a BREEAM excellent rating for sustainability and all the elements which went in to the overall concept of the project.
