Another project completed for our client Helical at their city centre office building in the heart of Manchester. This time we completed a full CAT B fit out to the building’s fifth floor.

Our Approach
Throughout this CAT B fit out project we were responsible for the full design and build of all mechanical and electrical installations.
Our fit out included the design and build of communal office space, colleague breakout areas, meeting room facilities, and bespoke meeting ‘pod’ areas. Data and IT equipment installation was also part of the project, to ensure the workspaces included state-of-the-art technology.
We have developed a long-term working partnership with Helical and continue to work on a number of their city centre office projects across Manchester.
