We worked closely with our client Helical as part of this project which saw TMT deliver the fit out of Helical’s 'Plug and Play' show suite at their flagship Manchester building.

Our Approach
Working in conjunction with Incognito our scope of works included the creation of a turnkey plug and play space to attract new incoming tenants to the building.
TMT constructed a brand-new reception vestibule, hot desk work areas and a client meeting space, creating an impressive entrance for clients and visitors. Together with large open collaborative spaces, fixed furniture positions and a series of meeting rooms, which includes extensive planting and bespoke joinery, we have created a space which provides premium elements and a premium feel to the space.
All works were completed by TMT within a tight programme to enable the space to be quickly marketed and occupied by new incoming tenants.
